The theme at storytime this morning was the circus. Interestingly enough, the circus is in town this week. Hmm... Accalia was a bit disappointed because they didn't do a craft. Instead, one of the college girls helping out this summer demonstrated juggling, and then all of the kids practiced tossing one ball back and forth in their hands. This was actually quite entertaining for Accalia. I thought it was a rather bad idea to do this in between reading stories and then having the kids sit back down while holding their balls. Let's just say that the kids were a bit more restless after that.

We dropped Lucy off at the vet for another kenneling session, this being about half a day. She was actually excited to go! That's a great sign. Everyone greeted her at the door with lots of pets and praise, and Lucy just laid down and wiggled all over enjoying the attention.

Cole's sleeping right now, and Accalia's eating a popsicle and watching toons. I'm trying to fight off a migraine. Probably not too smart to be sitting at a computer then, huh?
