As I was slinging/nursing Cole to sleep a few minutes ago, I caught a glimpse of Accalia in him that brought me back to when she was this age. Oh, it's hard to remember those times even though it was just a few years ago. And looking at pictures of Accalia around the year mark, it's hard to believe she was ever that age. Sometimes I wish I could make time stand still. And then there are other times when I want to fast forward a few years or so :)

We went to the park this afternoon to feed the ducks and geese and play. We need to bring more bread next time because we disappointed a great many water fowl. Accalia had the most fun watching all of the gophers and finding their holes. She played on the playground equipment some but was more interested in rolling down the shady, grassy hill and chasing butterflies.
